 - Provide on-site leadership, coordinating and supervising construction activities, subcontractors, and laborers, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
 - Apply your in-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques to provide guidance, solve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry best practices.
 - Monitor and assess construction quality, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures to maintain high standards and minimize defects or deficiencies.
 - Manage and optimize the allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution and cost control.
 - Provide regular updates on project progress, including work schedules, milestones achieved, and any challenges or delays encountered, to project stakeholders and management.
 - Assess and manage changes to project scope, timeline, or specifications, ensuring proper documentation, impact analysis, and communication with relevant parties.
 - Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address design issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth project implementation.
 - Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence, ensuring proper record-keeping for future reference and compliance purposes.
 - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff, fostering their professional growth and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
