Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary: –
Responsibilities include doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews, assisting other recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates so the hiring process.

Job Description: –

– Source as much CVs as possible & create pipeline for potential CVs from all possible sourcing channels available.
– Screen resumes and job applications.
– Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
– Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
– Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
– Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly. Ensure the filling of vacancies utilizing best practices in the most efficient, cost-effective and timely manner.
– Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences, as well as interview and select applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position as per the set company policy.
– Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
– Ensure smooth onboarding (hiring documents, company culture orientation)
