Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in the construction industry. Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures. Monitor construction project contracts and change orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Control the site&#8217;s petty cash<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>distribute the financial flow according to the project&#8217;s needs, and settle it with the Financial Department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applying all Accounting functions for a specific site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verification of bills receivables &amp; payable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling supplier bill payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review weekly timesheets, along with the accounting group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that the financial claims match with the sub-contractor accountant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Files management &amp; knowledge of labor payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate and report to the accounting supervisor for all actions taken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bcs of Commerce, Accounting, or any related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>from 2 to 5 years of Experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Having a site accounting background is a must. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>good command of English business language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent in MS Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary: Construction accountants work in the construction industry to calculate and oversee all project finances.&nbsp;prepare financial statements and reports for construction projects.
