Training Specialist will support the Learning and Development team in the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in training design, facilitation, and program evaluation. The L&D Coordinator will work closely with the team members to deliver engaging learning experiences and support organizational development goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Training Support & Coordination<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Assist in the preparation and organization of training sessions, including logistical coordination, materials preparation, and scheduling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Support the facilitation of training programs, ensuring smooth operations during live sessions (in-person and virtual).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Maintain and track attendance, feedback forms, and other training-related documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Learning Materials & Content Development<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Assist in the creation of training materials, such as presentations, manuals, eLearning modules, and job aids, under the guidance of senior training specialists or instructional designers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ensure that training content is clear, engaging, and aligned with company standards and learning objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Update and maintain training documentation as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Training Delivery Support<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Co-facilitate training sessions and workshops alongside senior trainers, helping with group activities, exercises, and participant engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Provide support during training by assisting with technical setup, managing participant questions, and addressing individual learning needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Participate in virtual training sessions, providing support in troubleshooting issues and managing online learning platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Evaluation & Feedback Collection<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Help gather feedback from training participants through surveys, one-on-one interviews, or group discussions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Assist in analyzing training evaluations and compile reports on learning outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Monitor post-training performance to assess the effectiveness of programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Administrative Support<\/strong>:\n
              \n
            • Maintain accurate records of all training activities, ensuring compliance with company documentation and reporting standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Assist in the maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading training materials and tracking employee progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Help coordinate logistics for external training events, conferences, or webinars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Continuous Learning & Development<\/strong>\n

              • Stay current on best practices in training, learning technologies, and employee development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theories, and emerging trends in the field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Collaborate with the L&D team to improve the overall quality and delivery of training programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Skills & Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Proficient in Ms Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with eLearning tools and platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
