Developing a consistent compensation philosophy. Ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.<br><br><strong>Job Description: &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Process payroll for employees in coordination with Finance and banks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage organization budget and expenses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze payroll issues and recommend corrective actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain payroll system up-to-date and accurate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review the monthly salary, overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc on excel and ERP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for all reporting and reliability of the data and update Payroll databases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and review payroll account reconciliations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring internal HR systems and databases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain knowledge of current, local employment laws, best practices, and ensure company policies are legally compliant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing bank transfers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review new hires\u2019 offers with database sent from the operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review all wage types related to location for all employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collects and reviews all time sheets regarding operations sites and HQ<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with industry standards and company objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine appropriate salary ranges and benefits packages for various positions within the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and manage the annual salary review process, including coordinating with managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of salary adjustments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and trends related to compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.<br>Conduct regular audits and analyses of compensation and benefits programs to assess their effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and legal, to ensure effective communication and coordination of compensation and benefits initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers regarding compensation and benefits-related matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to compensation and benefits programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary: &#8211; Defining a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package.
