Job description:
– Review architectural drawings, specifications, and method statements for compliance with project requirements and standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Conduct inspections and monitoring of architectural and finishing works (e.g., blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, painting, ceiling, flooring, joinery, fa\u00e7ade, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Ensure all materials used meet the required quality standards and are approved by the consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve architectural quality issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Prepare and maintain inspection and test reports (ITRs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective\/preventive action reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Verify that all works are executed according to the latest approved shop drawings and project specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Monitor workmanship and report deviations or potential issues promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Participate in quality audits and assist in implementing corrective actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Ensure proper documentation of all QA\/QC activities in accordance with the company\u2019s quality management system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Support the preparation of handover documentation, including as-built drawings, material submittals, and inspection records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
