{"id":73124,"date":"2023-11-07T12:45:39","date_gmt":"2023-11-07T10:45:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/concreteplus-careers.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=73124"},"modified":"2023-11-07T12:47:34","modified_gmt":"2023-11-07T10:47:34","slug":"technical-office-engineer","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/concreteplus-careers.com\/ar\/jobs\/technical-office-engineer\/","title":{"rendered":"Technical office Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Job Description :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to the consultant for approvals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review sub-contractors\u2019 shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with the Surveying Engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in solving\/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare material and subcontractor inspections reports from consultants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepare monthly invoices for subcontractors and clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Job Requirements :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From 2 to 4 years of Experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bachelor Degree of Engineering is required<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Industrial Background is a must<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description : Prepare monthly invoices for subcontractors and clients Job Requirements : From 2 to 4 years of Experience.
