To introduce the department workflow and regular reports to new hires and cost control engineer, and to supervise their work to align with the department.
Job description: –
| Collect data from the project. |
| Prepare Closing report for the project indicating the root causes for variances and lessons learned. |
| Prepare quarterly cost control reports with the most available data. |
| Prepare cost baselines for new projects. |
| Prepare subcontractor balance quantities and send reports to the technical offices. |
| Review Subcontractors’ progress and invoicing to make sure it doesn’t colloid and in accordance with the client invoicing process. |
