Job Responsibilities
- Simultaneously manage the claims and variation orders of multiple projects.
 - Create BOQs, breakdown structures, and quantity surveying schedules for Variation Orders.
 - Negotiate Variation Orders with clients to ensure the client satisfaction while maintaining the Contractor’s profitability.
 - Track the updated contract price taking into account each approved VO and/or Claim.
 - Routinely update & track Earned Value logs, turnover logs as well as Payment Logs for accurate measurement of project progress and financials.
 - Create & Manage a Claims log to track the Claims of all projects.
 - Handle correspondences
 - Track changes to the design or construction work and adjusts budget projections accordingly.
 - Communicate projects’ progress & problems / risks / concerns to business unit support manager.
